We’ve put together some of the sideshows and attractions that we know are always popular with families! Don’t be mistaken – these aren’t just for kids – we’re sure some adults will have just as much fun trying out their balance on a slackline or visiting the funfair!
Take a moment to see what the Show has to offer families this year; there’s so much to see it’s easy to miss out on something that will make your family’s day.
For some interactive fun don’t forget to enter our children’s fancy dress competition in the main ring!
The family funfair offers all the traditional fun of the fair to people of all ages! Take a break from the main ring and marquees and try your hand at traditional games and rides.
Slacklining is an extreme type of tightrope walking that tests your balance, skill and coordination! It’s also a lot of fun, and the line is low to the ground so it’s only a short hop away. That said, it will test your skill and dexterity, and is greatly enjoyed by everyone! Rich and the talented team from the Slackline School will be there to give demonstrations and help you have a go. It’s suitable for almost all ages and great fun to watch!
Don’t forget to visit the Worstead spinners sideshow to see more of the history of the famous Worstead cloth. Perfect for kids to try their hand at spinning and working with wonderful wool!
Punch and Judy Show
Professor Philip’s has been performing at the Aylsham Show with his Punch and Judy for the last 20 years which is normally situated near the fairground organ.
Always a favourite with children and adults alike.
