Phillida Hurn – President’s comments 2014

-2740938227CCF53DDAll my life I have lived within three miles from the Aylsham Show and always been involved, whether jumping or showing ponies and horses and  in recent years showing Simmental and Angus cattle at the Show. I have always been involved and interested in agriculture. Farming is my life; therefore I am very honoured to have been asked to become President of the Aylsham Show in 2014. It is such a lovely well run show with something for everyone. Due to the generosity of the sponsors and the hard work of the committee members and the show attendance a large amount of money is donated to local charities. The weather for 2013 was amazing which enabled a record amount of money to be given. I am hoping for another stunning summer and look forward to a successful Show in 2014.
