Why Become a Sponsor?
The Aylsham Show is a unique fixture in North Norfolk’s calendar, appealing to people of all ages and backgrounds – whether farmers or not!
On Show day, we would normally expect between 15/18000 visitors (up to 12000 adults) to pass through our gates, and sponsorship gives companies an opportunity to be seen. Sponsorship can be anything from a livestock competition class, a Main or Countryside Ring event (predominantly Principal Sponsors only), and/or a specific event or area on the Showground.
Every sponsor receives:
- Invitation for two people to drinks in the President’s Marquee on Show Day
- Two Sponsor’s badges, gives admission to the Members Enclosure only. Entry to the showground is by separate admission ticket also supplied
- Member’s car park pass
- Listing on the Show website, in the Show Day leaflet and on the Showground signage (Boards and Flags)
- Recognition when possible in local press/publications and on social media
- A reciprocal link from the Aylsham Show website to the Sponsor’s own website
Further benefits are as per individual categories below. Sponsors are a vital part of the lifeblood of the show and we very much value your support. Our sponsors do receive great visibility across Show day. We hope you choose to get involved!

Alternatively, download our 2025 Sponsor’s letter, read our 2025 Sponsorship Packages and then complete and return the Confirmation Form.
Principal Show Sponsorship £1,250+ (Individual Packages can be discussed for larger amounts)
Further Benefits are:
- Logo (artwork required) prominently revolving on the Show website, included in the Show Day leaflet and on relevant Showground signage (Boards and Flags)
- Special mention of the Sponsor’s name on the Public Address systems regularly throughout Show Day
- Three banners, which may be sited at the most favourable positions of your choice, including the Main Show Entrance/Exit Gate, and on the showground usually in the Main and Countryside Rings
- Sponsorship of a Showground Attraction included when able, and an individual Livestock or Horse class and/or Learn from the Land Discovery Zone area, or a specific event or area on the Showground
- 20 x free admission tickets
- Additional Member’s Car Park Pass and an extra invitation for 2 people to the President’s drinks
- Able to apply for a table of 10 at the Dinner Dance, with priority given by date of application
Major Sponsorship £550 to £1,249
Further Benefits are:
- Special mention of the sponsor’s name on the Public Address systems throughout the day
- Two banners, which may be sited at favourable positions of your choice, on the showground usually in the Main and Countryside Rings
- Sponsorship of an individual Livestock or Horse class and/or Learn from the Land Discovery Zone area or Specific area of the showground
- 10 x free admission tickets
- Dinner dance – may apply to go on Reserve List if a table of 10 becomes free
Sponsorship £350 to £549
Further Benefits are:
- Mention of the Sponsor’s name on the Public Address systems
- One banner in Main Ring
- Sponsorship of an individual Livestock or Horse class and/or Learn from the Land Discovery Zone area
- 6 x free admission tickets
- Dinner dance – may apply to go on Reserve List if a table of 10 becomes free
Sponsorship £150 to £349
Further Benefits are:
- Sponsorship of an individual Livestock or Horse class and/or Learn from the Land Discovery Zone area
- Dinner Dance – may apply to go on Reserve List if a table of 10 becomes free
